Q: What is the difference between a User and a Member ?
User is someone who provides login information (like mother) and sign up for the account.
Member is the person for whom the data is collected. You can sign up and track data for multiple members using one User login.
Q: Can multiple practitioners view my data ?
Yes you can provide access to as many practitioners as you need to view your data.
Q: What information do I need to add my practitioner to view my data ?
You only need your practitioners email address to request them to view your data. An email will be sent to your practitioner for approval.
Q: Can I enter data for past days ?
You can only enter the data from the day that your account is registered.
Q: Is Myhealingtracker available as an app ?
Yes, Currently we have an iphone version available.
Q: Will my practitioner be able to update any of my data ?
Practitioners have read only access to the member’s data.
